Yin yoga: 

Static practice that focuses on stretching the connective tissue, enhancing flexibility and releasing tensions in body and mind. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes and a deep connection with the breath is developed.

Workshops/Courses:

One single longer class or a series of classes focused on a certain theme, it can be understanding better anatomy and exploring the body range of functionality, yoga philosophy, breathing techniques

 

Online:

Our Yoga classes are available in studio and online
